Kieran Morrison cannot stop scoring
He played in the defeat to Crystal Palace and has since been in terrific form for the under-21s.
Morrison had a great UEFA Youth League campaign back in the autumn and winter of 2025 – providing three assists for the Reds.

And in recent weeks he cannot stop scoring – netting a hat-trick in a Premier League 2 demolition of Arsenal and scoring another one last time out against Leeds.
Overall Morrison has got six goals and two assists in 10 PL 2 matches – and according to U21 head coach Rob Page he has been holding his own in senior training sessions too.
«Since I’ve been here now for six months, he’s shown an enormous amount of maturity,” the Liverpool coach told The Redmen TV.
Morrison catches Arne Slot’s eye
“You know, he’s going to have little bumps in the road along the way, but I’m really pleased with the way he’s developing.

“You know, he’s been over with the first team and the gaffer likes him, he’s been over there, and he trains really well.
“So that’s all he can do, he can just keep trying to bring the best version of himself every day in training and then come game time like that, it becomes second nature for him.»
Morrison joined the Reds’ academy at U14 level – and has been steadily rising through the ranks ever since. A talented left-footed attacker he could well make the step-up to the first team under Slot later in the season.
Although capable of playing as an attacking midfielder most recently Morrison has been making waves as a right-sided attacker – cutting inside on his cultured left foot.

Arne Slot has admitted that Jeremie Frimpong is his only option in that position when Mo Salah isn’t available and the Dutchman is now required at right-back with Bradley injured.
Therefore a gap could open up in the first-team picture for Morrison to make an impact.
