Warriors' Curry, Under Armour concluding collaboration

Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry and Under Armour have decided to conclude their long-term alliance, as reported on Thursday.

Curry’s independent venture, Curry Brand, will continue autonomously. His footwear will launch as scheduled via Under Armour throughout 2026, but he is entering sneaker free agency.

Curry transitioned from Nike to Under Armour in 2013, several years into his professional career yet before he became an MVP and global icon.

«Under Armour believed in my potential early on and provided me the opportunity to create something much larger and more significant than just a shoe,» Curry stated in a press release. «I will always appreciate that.»

Curry is anticipated to have the flexibility to endorse other brands over the coming year and seek new partnership agreements, sources informed ESPN’s Shams Charania.

«The principles behind Curry Brand, what I represent, and my dedication to that vision will remain unchanged,» Curry conveyed in the release. «It’s only becoming more robust. I’m eager for a future that emphasizes substantial growth with a steadfast commitment to continue supporting the next generation.»
