Jose Salas Reyes vs Landile Ngxeke title fight official for December 13th

Salas (16-0, 10 KO) has been owed a crack at the belt for a good bit, but stepped aside to let then-champion Ryosuke Nishida attempt to unify against Junto Nakatani. Nakatani was likewise on the clock after stopping Nishida, but instead vacated both belts to move to 122 in preparation for a 2026 superfight with Naoya Inoue.

Ngxeke (16-1-1, 8 KO), 30 years old and seven years removed from a debut draw with future titlist Phumelela Cafu, makes his first appearance outside of his native South Africa. He’s won seven straight since a 2022 stoppage loss to Jayr Raquinel.

We’ll let you know if there’s any way to watch it from the States.
