He arrived at Old Trafford off the back of a fantastic 2024/25 season in which he plundered a career-high 20 Premier League goals. So far this term, he has shown United why they were right to fork out big money to secure his signature.
Mbeumo has notched an impressive five goals for United in 11 top-flight appearances. He has scored four goals in his last four games for the club, including the opener at Anfield as the Red Devils got the better of bitter rivals Liverpool.
He also netted a sensational brace during a victory over Brighton and Hove Albion.
The Cameroonian’s outstanding performances last month earned him a treble of individual awards – the Premier League Player of the Month, United’s Player of the Month and PFA Fans’ Player of the Month.

He is showing no signs of slowing down, having started November with a goal in the 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur just before the international break.
Asked for his top three Premier League players this season, Rooney reserved a place for Mbeumo.
Rooney recognises Mbeumo
Rooney said [as quoted by talkSPORT], “I’d also put Bryan Mbeumo in there. I think he’s been really good for Man United, even after a difficult start to the season for the club.”
“I think he’s been really good.”
Viktor Gyokeres (Arsenal) and United target Antoine Semenyo (Bournemouth) are the other players on Rooney’s prestigious list.
