Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford is set to undergo evaluations on Sunday for his injured finger, as reported by a source to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Stafford indicated that he bent a finger on his throwing hand backward during the Rams’ 34-31 win against the Carolina Panthers on Saturday in the NFC wild-card matchup.
The Rams have not disclosed detailed information regarding Stafford’s status, but the source informed Schefter that tests on Sunday will assess the severity of the injury.

Stafford incurred the injury after making contact with a Panthers defender’s arm while trying to throw a pass late in the first half.
The MVP contender mentioned he could complete the game partly due to «adrenaline.»
«It wasn’t a pleasant experience,» Stafford remarked. «It wasn’t ideal. We’ll find out what it is.»
Stafford ended the game completing 24 of 42 passes for 304 yards, throwing three touchdown passes and one interception for the Rams (13-5), who now move on to the NFC divisional round.
