Minter took over as the Chargers’ defensive coordinator in 2024, joining from Jim Harbaugh’s staff at the University of Michigan. He held the position of defensive coordinator for two seasons in Ann Arbor.

His experience also includes roles at Vanderbilt, Georgia State, Indiana State, Cincinnati, and Notre Dame at the collegiate level, along with time spent with the Ravens from 2017-20.

Saleh is currently in his second tenure as the 49ers’ defensive coordinator, having rejoined the team before this season. He previously filled that position from 2017-20 before taking on the head coaching role with the Jets.

Saleh has additional experience with the Jaguars, Seahawks, and Texans.
