Ohio State flips Tennessee football four-star commit

Tennessee lost a commitment in its 2026 football recruiting class.

Four-star athlete Legend Bey flipped his commitment from the Vols to Ohio State on Monday.

The 5-foot-11, 175-pound prospect plays quarterback at North Forney High School in Forney, Texas. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 24 athlete in the class and No. 47 player in Texas.

Tennessee offered Bey a scholarship on April 6. He officially visited Tennessee twice in June before announcing his commitment to the Vols on June 28.

Ohio State offered Bey a scholarship on Jan. 31. He officially visited Ohio State on Nov. 1 for the Buckeyes’ game against Penn State.

Tennessee has 23 commitments in its 2026 football recruiting class: quarterback Faizon Brandon, wide receiver Tyreek King, offensive tackle  Gabriel Osenda, defensive lineman CJ Edwards, defensive lineman Zach Groves, safety KJ McClain, safety Luke Thompson, defensive end Kedric Golston II, offensive lineman Edward Baker, wide receiver Zaydyn Anderson, defensive lineman Dereon Albert, linebacker TJ White, cornerback Jamyan Theodore, defensive lineman Darryl Rivers, wide receiver Javonte Smith, linebacker Brayden Rouse, safety Jowell Combay, athlete Joel Wyatt, athlete Salesi Moa, offensive tackle Kamari Blair, wide receiver Tristen Keys, defensive end Hezekiah Harris and tight end Luca Wolf.
