The Oregon Ducks are coming off of a gritty and sloppy game in pouring rain against a physical team in the Iowa Hawkeyes, pulling out an 18016 win that keeps them in the midst of the College Football Playoff hunt. Now they turn around on a shot week, a bit beaten up on the injury front, and prepare for a Minnesota Golden Gophers team at Autzen Stadium on Friday night.
The Ducks won’t look anything less than stellar, though, thanks to a clean uniform combination that features a new helmet look that we haven’t seen before. The Ducks are once again breaking out the marble-white helmets, but instead of putting wings on the side, as we’ve seen them do twice before, they are going with the classic Oregon ‘O’ on the sides.
