In addition to that, he is a hard-working midfielder who will help out with his defensive work rate and pressing. Froholdt has been described as a player with “quality in abundance”.
Froholdt is still quite young, and he has a bright future ahead of himself. He could develop into a quality player for Manchester United with the right guidance. Froholdt asking price could be an issue

The asking price is quite expensive, and Manchester United are unlikely to pay €85 million for him. Porto will have to be reasonable with their demands for the move to go through. There is no doubt that Froholdt is a talented player with a bright future. However, he is still largely improving at the highest level. He has done nothing to justify the reported asking price. Manchester United will look to sign him for a reasonable amount of money. It will be interesting to see how the situation develops.
Manchester United need more quality in the middle of the park. They have not been able to control games in the midfield, and the technically gifted midfield will certainly help them.
