A surveillance video obtained by The Associated Press shows Tennessee Titans cornerback L’Jarius Sneed driving a rented Lamborghini Urus minutes before two men allege they were shot at from that vehicle on Dec. 6, 2024
According to the AP, the video shows Sneed getting out of the car and walking with crutches past the two men and up the stairs of a Carrollton, Texas car dealership at 3:22 p.m. One minute later, the Titans cornerback, who was on injured reserve at the time, walks out.

Another video from shows Sneed at a gas station at the same time as the two men. Sneed is seen walking inside to a register and back out to his car as the two men, Christian Nshimiyimana and Avi Ahmed, were inside.
Nshimiyimana and Ahmed allege minutes later that they were shot at while inside a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon at the dealership. Surveillance video shows a vehicle driving past with four pops heard and someone’s arm hanging out of the passenger side window at 3:42 p.m. before the car speeds off.
According to a probable cause affidavit from the Carrollton Police Department, a dealership employee identified Sneed as one of the two men and detectives also confirmed Sneed’s identity from local surveillance video.
“It was apparent that Sneed was the only person they had seen getting out of and into the driver seat of the Lamborghini. He also was the last person seen getting into the driver seat at the RaceTrac (gas station) approximately eight minutes before the shooting,” according to the affidavit. “Combined with the rapid acceleration away from the scene proved that Sneed knew what he was doing when assisted the shooter in fleeing the scene.”
Sneed was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday in Dallas County, Texas on a misdemeanor charge of failure to report a felony.

The shots did not hit anyone, but there was damage to a building and the Mercedes-Benz.
A lawsuit against Sneed and Tekonzae Williams by Nshimiyimana is seeking at least $1 million in damages, according to ESPN.
The 28-year-old Sneed was acquired in a March 2024 trade with the Kansas City Chiefs and Titans signed him to a four-year, $76 million deal. He is currently in his sixth NFL season and was part of two Super Bowl winning teams with the Chiefs.
