The search for the next head coach of the Tennessee Titans is underway, with the team linked to 17 potential candidates in the first week of the offseason. General manager Mike Borgonzi has cast a wide net to find the right person for the position.
In the first week of the offseason, Borgonzi has been conducting seven initial interviews for the opening, reaching a wide range of coaches.

So far, the Titans have talked to interim head coach Mike McCoy (in-person), Indianapolis Colts defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo (Zoom), Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph (Zoom), Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Nagy (Zoom), Kansas City Chiefs defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo (Zoom), Jason Garrett (in-person), and former Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski (in-person).
Borgonzi and the Titans will enter the second week of their coaching search with multiple interviews scheduled with top candidates, including Raheem Morris, Mike McDaniel, Mike McCarthy, and Kliff Kingsbury, while working out times and details to meet with coordinators who are coaching over Wild Card Weekend.
