NFL insider Adam Schefter teases major Philadelphia Eagles news

The Philadelphia Eagles have been a major talking point since the team was eliminated from the 2025 NFL Playoff, and a league insider believes more intriguing news is coming.

Nick Sirianni’s team has been searching for a new offensive coordinator since firing Kevin Patullo, however, the Birds are still without a replacement.

During an appearance on 97.5 The Fanatic, NFL insider Adam Schefter concluded his insights with an eerie message for Philadelphia Eagles fans.

The longtime NFL insider was on the radio station discussing Philly’s latest options to fill its OC role. However, just before signing off he gave the hosts a lot to think about.

“Maybe it’ll be more than that by next week,” Schefter said as he concluded his segment.

While Schefter didn’t reveal what sort of information he might have, it left many Eagles fans wondering about the status of head coach Nick Sirianni, as well as a potential A.J. Brown trade.

However, the Birds do have several aging players like Lane Johnson and Brandon Graham, so Schefter could’ve been alluding to a retirement in the works as well. Regardless, the Philadelphia Eagles will certainly be one of the most intriguing teams to watch this offseason.
