Murtazaliev (23-0, 17 KO) won this title back in 2024, and thrashed Tim Tszyu in a first defense, but he’s been out of action about 15 months waiting to get a fight done. Kelly (17-1-1, 9 KO) is aiming to win his first world title, and will have home advantage in the UK.
