FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Miami Dolphins’ outside linebackers coach Ryan Crow was taken into custody early Friday morning on a charge of domestic battery, as indicated by Broward County jail records.
Based on an arrest report, officers from the Fort Lauderdale Police Department were dispatched to a domestic dispute just after midnight Friday, and Crow was detained following an investigation at the scene. The alleged victim reportedly did not suffer serious injuries and declined medical assistance, according to the report.
As of Friday morning, Crow was incarcerated at Broward County’s main jail without bail.
The Dolphins have placed Crow on administrative leave subsequent to his arrest.
«We are aware of the serious situation regarding Ryan Crow and are currently in the process of gathering more details,» stated the Dolphins. «Ryan has been placed on administrative leave effective immediately. We are in contact with the NFL and will withhold further comments at this time.»
Crow, aged 37, joined the Dolphins in 2024 after spending three seasons in the same capacity with the Tennessee Titans. He has been coaching in the NFL since 2018, entirely with the Titans and Dolphins.
