Selecting the Jets match as their on-field premiere is deeply rooted in tradition.
«The Jets have always been our greatest rival. Regardless of their record, they always give us a tough game,» stated former Dolphins wide receiver Nat Moore. «With so many New Yorkers residing in South Florida, the rivalry feels even more tangible.»

the tallest unconventional lighthouse in the country.
The sleeve showcases a silver «NE» patch, and the neckline features the famous phrase «We Are All Patriots,» voiced by owner Robert Kraft after the Patriots’ Super Bowl XXXVI win following 9/11.
In a tribute to the Drew Bledsoe-era apparel, perforated stripes and embroidery enhance the number set.
«Patriots vs. Jets isn’t merely another game on the schedule — it’s a struggle for pride, history, and two fan bases yearning to see the other walk off the field in disappointment,» remarked Andre Tippett, Pro Football Hall of Famer and former Patriots linebacker.
Silver pants will accompany the jersey.
New York Jets: ‘Gotham City Football Club’
On-field premiere: Dec. 7 against Miami Dolphins
The Jets’ moniker — the Gotham City Football Club — directly inspires their rivalry uniforms, as stated in the announcement.
The dark Empire Green uniforms feature black, green, and gray accents, built on a Joe Namath-era foundation. Textural graphics are present on the cap sleeves and chest patch, referencing the «grit and grind exhibited by the Jets and visible throughout New York City.»

On-field premiere: Jan. 4, 2026 against Seattle Seahawks
The 49ers underwent a branding refresh earlier in the offseason, drawing from the rich history of the franchise and the Bay Area. Their uniforms reflect this, harking back to classic designs.
The all-black uniform showcases timeless red stripes along the sleeves and down the sides of the pants. The number set features a classic saloon font embossed in gold, reflecting the Gold Rush era. «Faithful» is stitched above the numbers, while «Faithful to the Bay» is inscribed inside the back neck.
Seattle Seahawks: ‘High-Decibel Zone’
On-field premiere: Dec. 18 against Los Angeles Rams
Seattle boasts one of the most fervent and raucous fan bases, known as The 12s, and the new uniform captures the essence of the sounds resonating from Lumen Field.
A soundwave-inspired design is employed down the pant stripes to generate a wave effect across the jersey’s shoulders. A «12» is featured on the back of the neck, while «repeating 12s» appear within the numbers. The numbers also include a luminous effect reminiscent of raindrops sparkling on the city’s thoroughfares.
The light wolf gray background reflects Seattle’s urban skyline. The Seahawks will combine the jersey with navy pants.
