The dad of Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown faces charges of attempted murder linked to a stabbing incident on Wednesday night in Las Vegas, according to various reports.
Quenton M. Brown, 57, was taken into custody Thursday morning and is set to appear in court on Thursday afternoon, as per reports.
Las Vegas police stated that the stabbing took place following an altercation between two individuals over a parking spot at All American park. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital after being stabbed in the abdomen and is recovering post-surgery, officials confirmed.
A four-time All-Star and the 2024 Finals MVP, Jaylen Brown has been with the Celtics since his draft in 2016.
