Baller Alert reveals that Courtney Rossel, the “former partner” of WBA lightweight champion Gervonta “Tank” Davis, has initiated a civil lawsuit alleging “battery, aggravated battery, false imprisonment, kidnapping, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.”
The lawsuit outlines a history of violence from Davis, asserting that “on several occasions, Davis allegedly choked her, made threats to kill her, and attacked her in both private and public situations.” It highlights a particularly horrific incident this past Monday, the 27th, during which Davis allegedly “seized, choked, and dragged Rossel through a stairway, the kitchen, and the back exit before assaulting her in the parking garage, hitting her in the back of the head while she cried out for assistance.”
Davis is presently set to fight Jake Paul on November 14th in a Netflix headline event.
