Max Dowman has a pre-agreement to sign his first professional Arsenal contract in December, when he turns 17.
Dowman has enjoyed a meteoric rise through the north London side’s youth ranks, becoming the youngest UEFA Youth League scorer at 14 and then Arsenal’s youngest starter at 15.
While out with an injury currently, Dowman was a valuable member of Mikel Arteta’s first team earlier this season. His scholarship terms means he has committed his future to Arsenal.

«I’ve been at the club my whole life, so this really means a lot. There’s such a clear pathway here, players who have come through our academy, like Bukayo [Saka], Myles [Lewis-Skelly] and Ethan [Nwaneri], who all really inspire me.
