The Las Vegas Raiders are in search of a new head coach for the second consecutive offseason after firing Pete Carroll on Black Monday, and they have a new potential target lined up for an interview.
The Raiders are requesting to bring in Denver Broncos pass game coordinator and quarterbacks coach Davis Webb for an interview, according to Tom Pelissero. Webb is in his third season in the coaching profession, joining the Broncos staff in 2023 as a quarterbacks coach and taking on additional duties guiding the passing offense this season. The Broncos’ offense helped the franchise to a 14-3 regular-season record and the No. 1 seed in the AFC playoffs.

The Raiders are also looking to interview Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph for the position. Webb was an NFL quarterback for six seasons before retiring and immediately transitioning into coaching. He is still just 30 years old and is reportedly viewed as a future head coach inside the Broncos organization.
If Webb interviews and earns the job within the next four days, he would surpass Sean McVay as the youngest head coach of all time; if he earned the job after that date, he would be the second-youngest.
