Oklahoma has made a significant move in the transfer portal by acquiring former Texas wide receiver Parker Livingstone, as reported by ESPN’s Pete Thamel on Tuesday.

Livingstone, who was roommates with Texas quarterback Arch Manning, recorded 29 receptions for 516 yards and six touchdowns in the 2025 season. He committed to the Sooners after recent visits to both Oklahoma and Indiana, retaining three seasons of eligibility.

Ryan Wingo and DeAndre Moore Jr. led Texas in receiving yards while he made seven starts in 11 appearances.

Livingstone’s commitment marks a continued successful period for Oklahoma in the portal, following their acquisition of former UTSA defensive lineman Kenny Ozowalu, as sources indicated to Thamel on Tuesday.

Ozowalu, who is expected to play as a defensive end for the Sooners, attracted interest from Auburn, Mississippi State, and Texas, amassing 17 tackles and three sacks during his redshirt freshman year in 2025.

Oklahoma has also signed former Virginia receiver Trell Harris during this transfer cycle as they aim to enhance their wide receiving unit for 2026. Harris received All-ACC third-team recognition last fall after achieving personal bests in receptions (59), receiving yards (847), and touchdowns (5) in his fourth collegiate season.

Additionally, Oklahoma secured a commitment from former Colorado State tight end Rocky Beers — the brother of Oklahoma women’s basketball star Raegan Beers — on January 5.

Isaiah Sategna, the leading receiver for the Sooners in 2025, has not yet disclosed his intentions for the upcoming season, as key pass catchers Deion Burks, Jaren Kanak, and Keontez Lewis are all expected to leave the program.
